If a purchased item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to our online store. The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping costs for returned goods are covered by the customer.

If you wish to return goods, please follow these steps:

Protect the original packaging from damage during shipping. The original packaging (e.g., the manufacturer's box) is part of the product and is important to ensure it arrives intact. Inadequate packaging may cause damage during shipping.

How to properly pack returned goods:

1. Do not stick labels directly onto the original box. Use other packaging – e.g., a shipping carton into which you place the original box, or cling film to protect the shipment from damage.

2. Fill the space around the box with appropriate material (e.g., paper, bubble wrap) to prevent movement and damage during transport. For Birkenstock products, ensure the straps are unfastened before packing. If the straps are tightened during transport, the buckles may become compressed, leaving permanent marks and reducing the value of the product.

3. Seal the shipping container with adhesive tape. Returned products must be clean and unworn. Products must be shipped with all manufacturer's labels and properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Please remember to include the completed returns form and a copy of your proof of purchase from our store.

We will refund your money back to your account within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Online card payments will be refunded to the account associated with your card. Products purchased in our online store cannot be returned in person.

IMPORTANT: The goods must be shipped via any carrier with delivery to your address or as a personal delivery – we do not accept cash on delivery. Please always keep a copy of the shipping confirmation.
