After that, we generally only store basic identification data and information about the reason for termination of registration, or data that forms part of backups, for an appropriate period. We collect and store data obtained via the contact form or in connection with submitting an inquiry for approximately 6 months from the date of receipt of such data.

When consent to data processing is not required:

When providing a service or product, fulfilling our legal obligations under generally applicable law, or processing that is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests (e.g., direct marketing, ensuring the security of our websites, etc.), the possibility and lawfulness of such processing arises directly from applicable law.

Am I obliged to provide the above-mentioned personal data?

You provide us with your personal data voluntarily. To access certain services, you must provide certain personal data.

Processing personal data, often in anonymized form without identifying you as a specific user, allows us to provide our services and continually improve them.
